hotel close to airport Pros: The staff were very courteous and made efforts to accommodate my needs. The bed and easy chair was comfortable. The kitchenette was clean and contained two "kitchen" towels. The price was reasonable. The elevators were in working order. Close to malls, restaurants, highways. Cons: The bathroom sink had a small glob of toothpaste that the maid missed. There was also a black hair in the tub. This was a smoking room but no ashtray was provided. Convenient location Nice , comfortable , clean , close to restaurants , shopping and easy access to freeways , yet not noisy. Pleasant acomodatios , friendly staff and reasonable rates . I will recommend it and stay there while traveling.

Workers are friendly and I did report that someone stolen in my room they gave me free night not bad we really need more days to stay

Good hotel My stay was good. I like that it had a option for smoking. Im a cigar smoker so it was good for me.

Train frequent and noise from upstairs and neighboring room

Everything is great at this hotel. Everything is great at this hotel. Especially the staff. I've stayed at this location twice and will stay here in the future. It is in an area of Arden that isn't too busy but still very close to everything you would want/need for your stay including entertainment.

Nice stay overall, but the tub was dirty. The room was spacious, but I didn't like that the dishes for the kitchen were on a first come basis.
