Not a first pick The hotel was conveniently located near my conference training so that was the reason for choosing this hotel. The front lobby receptionist was very cordial as was the a.m. receptionist. The room itself was not great. The door to the room that I stayed in had a large gap at the bottom and the side so staying here in the winter would be out of the question. Greatly DISAPPOINTED We arrived to a room with a dirty clogged tub... No utensils No plates NO Cups. Stove not working Heater not working Smoke detector unplugged I asked the front desk for missing kitchen items, I was told she had to wash them and no one was there to cover the front... the maintenance person would come the next day to look at the stove and there were no other rooms to move us to. I turn on the heater and get in the shower... as I'm washing myself... dirt is floating on top of the water and it's not draining... read more

You basically get what you pay for! Upon arrival the first thing I do is carefully remove the comforter and then the blanket and flat sheet to inspect the bed. Found numerous body hairs on the fitted sheet covering the bed leading me to conclude that the sheets had NOT been changed from the prior 'tenants'. Disgusting start to our overnight stay! Ugh! However, the front desk staff was VERY apologetic and promptly brought up clean sheets and proceeded to change both beds in our room. Did not have any other problems during ou... read more

2 star is for sure the room was by the freeway so we can hear cars passing by, and it was in a ok area...didn't like that we saw a lot cats/ dogs and well didn't like it sorry.
