Good hotel My stay was good. I like that it had a option for smoking. Im a cigar smoker so it was good for me.

Train frequent and noise from upstairs and neighboring room

Everything is great at this hotel. Everything is great at this hotel. Especially the staff. I've stayed at this location twice and will stay here in the future. It is in an area of Arden that isn't too busy but still very close to everything you would want/need for your stay including entertainment.

Nice stay overall, but the tub was dirty. The room was spacious, but I didn't like that the dishes for the kitchen were on a first come basis.

One thing confused me The room & facility was clean & modern for the price but the room has a full kitchen with nothing in it. No plates, silverware, pans, pots, not even cups?!? Kinda lame since they market the hell out of their rooms having kitchens.

Clean & relaxing It was very nice and relaxing. Maybe that could have a better breakfast. But I really enjoyed my stay.

Our "Extended Stay" cut short. Staff was kind. Even though we had a few bumps in the process we worked things out. Windows locks were broken had a cooling problem but once things were taken care of and I put my ear plugs in because of the guys sitting on the stairs outside my room drinking all night I had an ok sleep. Thank you but we won't be returning to this location anytime soon.
