Decent low cost hotel 2 minutes from Arden Mall Decent hotel in safe but fair area. Rooms clean, hotel staff friendly and responsive. No pool. Hotel was located well to CSU. About 2 minutes from Arden Mall, and alot of good restaurants ie BJ's brewhouse, Cheesecake Factory, Outback Steakhouse, Ihop, and alot of others. Clean, nice gas station across from mall. Hotel right near Hwy 80 so great access to freeway. Overall a nice stay.

convenient, just off the freeway only negative was there were a lot of shady looking characters loitering around outside in the parking lot.

Worth the stay Was good choice, just needs to check that room has everything in there before you let customers stay.

Our stay was great, just smelled like weed coming from the other rooms. With our little ones being allergic to cigarettes got us a little worried since we are from out of state visiting and having a non smoke room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

A little disappointed that we called the front desk for an extra pillow and they said that there were none. The iron didn't work. The alarm clock didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. There was daylight coming thru our door on three sides.

ROOM AVAILABILITY/BREAKFAST I only stayed one night. I checked in late and planned on leaving early the next morning. When I booked the room I wanted a room with two beds but was told none were available so I booked a room with a King bed. When I checked in I was told they did not have a room with a King bed only a room with two beds, although there mess up worked in my favor there is much confusion as to what rooms are actually available. Great for short overnight stay. The area was quiet but near shopping and many different types of restaurants. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
