1. I had to go to my car to get something at midnight and locked my key card in my room. Yah, stupid mistake on my part. However, there was no one working the desk and no one I could contact to get my key! I HAD TO SPEND THE NIGHT IN MY CAR!! There were multiple arrests, dog fights, and illegal activity in the parking lot and I had a front row seat to all of it while in my car. Not very friendly place I arrived in my room for really late and was extremely tired when I woke up in the morning I looked at the bed and there were spots and we're stuff on it I checked the rest of the room and found a broken condom behind the bed unacceptable

Horrible service When I got into my room, the heater would not work, there were only two deflated pillows for a "Queen" bed, no kitchen items (glasses, plates, silverware, etc.), and only one face towel. I called down to the lobby and was told they were sending someone up to fix the heater, and would look into the other items. Someone came to fix the heater and told us to not use the wall unit but the floor unit. It took over 3 hours to warm the room up from 59 degrees to 72...ridiculous.

I liked the location in terms of it being close to the freeway. I did not like the room, or the location that seemed to be a place where people gathered to do drugs
