Elevator did not work the two days I was there.Had to walk bags up stairs and down hallway.To go breakfast was a joke.Should not even advertise it.Bed covering we're very thin and looked old.Employees we're very nice and professional.

Very convenient. Close to Starbucks. I would call the “breakfast” a coffee and snack bar. But overall, it was nice.

Customer service was great! Elevator was a little scary to ride since it made a loud noise. Stairs smelled like wet dog, room smelled like smoke even though it’s a smoke free room. One of the Walls of the room had a big smash indent. When my son went to turn on night lamp it fell off wall, it was broken. All utensils, plates, cups and pans were not in room we had to keep asking for some when we needed to use them.
