The hotel was very dirty and our room that we were supposed to use was a complete mess

The room furniture was shabby. The windows had not been cleaned in years. The hall smelled like weed and the room had a stale smell. “Breakfast” was just a Nutrigrain bar. The price was way too much for this level of service.

The smell in the room was horrible. If we weren't so tired we would have left. The carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. The whole place was really stinky.

Where do I begin if you guys wanna get time moved back into the 1980s then this is the spot for you. If you’re on the second or first floor, your room will smell like Clorox from all the cleaning supplies to try to mask the dog and animal smell. I was supposedly on the floor the third that had no dogs I had holes in my curtains, some of the windows would not open painters chipped throughout the room. Very dated Hotel with discomfort, used old pillows when you ask for anything they don’t bring it to you. Uncomfortable bed, pillows mold in the bathroom: cracks in the sink no room service: Use the key one time and you cannot reuse so each time you have to go to the lobby., reservation included for breakfast, but all you get is coffee and muffin in the breakfast. Charges are higher than other hotel with better amenities. The ad is very deceiving. I don’t recommend anybody to that hotel.
Mediocre rooms, terrible odors We needed a place to stop on a long drive through California with our pets while moving and this place had rooms available. The area was decent and the staff was friendly, but the rooms need work. Clearly people have been smoking in non-smoking rooms and the hotel needed to cover up the odor. The space did not smell fresh it was stuffy and like a lot of cooking happened
They don't clean rooms, they don't provide toiletries unless you ask. Elevator was dirty. AC vent was dirty.
