Staff is super nice, close to a Starbucks, but room quality is bad. Everything is old and beat up. Beds squeak really bad, air conditioners made loud noise all night, fridge didn’t keep things cold. Smelled of smoke.
The woman who tracked me in was very nice. The overall facility was very dirty inside the room. It smelled like pee, and you can tell that the person previously in there was likely using drugs. It smelled terrible. There were people smoking on the side of the building which leaked into the room. It was just poor condition.

The fire alarm went off and nobody was contacted to vacate the property. People were yelling at kids and the place was noisy and smelled terrible. We left and didn't stay. I asked for refund and was denied. My girlfriends jewelry went missing and we think someone came into the room and took it or it was left and not turned in. Won't stay there again.

Floor was dirty. Needs mopping. Stained dirty chair. Room needs a makeover. Lighting could be better. Feels like a 90s old apartment.

The elevators had a very strong smell of marijuana, the rooms are old, had an unpleasant odor. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner and check out xtra towels. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it would be ok. But any thing more, go elsewhere.
