Receptionist was rude, room was dirty, bed was worn out, people working on their car all night in the parking lot, one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the building was so thick that my clothes smelled like it when we left and it's supposed to be non-smoking.

The breakfast was not available to have. According to front staff they hadn't received their shipment and not sure when breakfast would be available again. Hoping it would be available tomorrow but couldn't guarantee it. We picked this hotel because of breakfast option.

The room was ok but almost everything was broken or missing, 1 of the sink knobs was broken but it still works to turned on the hot water, the fridge was almost not very nice looking but it still works and OMG on the bottom of the bed it was very very very dusty when my daughter dropped her phone and it fell under the bed, she got on the floor to reached and look for her phone, her whole hand, her phone and her hair got dust all over her so she haded to take a shower. The personnel is great from the cleaning lady to the people at the front desk amazing but had a bad experience with fleas in room 300 and I’m very allergic
