Dirty They only had a smoking room when I got there. The room was dirty. Linens and towels were clean but the floors and sink, tub, shower and kitchen was dirty.

DEPLORABLE AND HORRIBLE! Hotel was horrible staff wasn't much better and because of a mistake on this website it caused a wrong booking the hotel charged me an extra 10 per night and didn't offer to give me the room I thought I booked for the same price. I've stayed at other esh hotels and they all provided fruit with the small amenities for breakfast and this hotel had none. Dirtiest hotel Ever! There was blood stains on the pillowcase and the floor!

Lots of updates and remodeling is needed here. All of the furniture and fixtures had many wear marks. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was dead. There was an iron, but no ironing board. One had to be careful about getting into and out of bed because the bed would move underneath you as you entered or exited the bed. On the plus side: The mattress was very comfy and the firmness of the pillow was "just right."

Worse hotel ever This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at, very poor service. Check in is at 3pmour rooms were not ready until 5pm so we left to our party and when we got but at 1am o e of the room was still not ready had to go back to the office and they assign us another room and were upset because we went to the office at that time. The staff there are very rude. Never staying there again and we make reservación for 4 room. Very bad experience .

PAID TOO MUCH FOR THE INCONVENIENCES I ENDURED! CHECKED IN & RM WAS NOT AS TIDY, THE AC BLEW HOT AIR & BATHRM HAD NO VENT, WHEN I WOD CALL FRONT DESK FRM RM PHONE, NO ONE ANSWERED, THE STAFF WAS NOT GOING TO DO ANY MORE THAN NEEDED, THEY SEEMED ANNOYED IF YOU ASKED ANYTHING, THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF HOTEL LOOKED RUN DOWN & DIRTY, SAW BUGS IN RM, NOT MUCH SELECTION FOR TV ENJOYMENT, AMENITIES WERE NOT PROVIDED LIKE POSTERS IN RM, LIMITED ITEMS, "DO NOT DISTURB" SIGN WAS NOT AVAILABLE, UNLESS YOU STAYED LONGER, ELEVATOR ACCES... read more

dont expect much dirty sketchy neighborhood, Mexican restaurant 524 next door i do recommend,

I pick this hothel because I stayed at other Extended Stay before and was nice but this one was outdated, old and broken fourniture. TV control remote didnt have batteries. Elevator was not working. Microwave didnt have the glass plate and there was a cockroach inside. When we got there some couple was fighting and the next day cops came to room next to us aroung 1am.
