the grounds were filthy the hall ways smelled like urine and the elevators the worst i have ever been. called the office many many times nobody ever answered the bedding was disquisting had two pillows that were shrivelled up like to balls there was hair on my sheets like they didnt change them. the breakfast was coffee and oatmeal in a packet. by far the worst hotel ever stayed in. i would like a partial refund for this disquisting place.

Showed up only to have no staff in the office so we tried the phone even though three other people had been trying previous to us. We found another hotel/motel

Paid/Reserved King Bed - non smoking, got queen and smoking- awful smell. Bad news

Convenient location but disappointing stay The room was a disappointment. The bed cover was stained, the curtain had holes on it. The furniture and decor was old and worn. The worst part was the smoke smell even though we had a non smoking room. The parking had some vandalized cars. Not a safe feel. The receptionist was very friendly and professional.

This hotel is a fraud! I was charged for one night and they charged my credit card. 1 hour later I received a call from the hotel saying they cannot honor the booking and they will cancel it. I was not given any refund for a cancellation from their end. I was charged and did not receive any room. I had to get accomodation elsewhere. Fraud hotel, please refrain from booking.

Terrible Experience Microwave oven in my room was not in working condition There is no way to get ice Hotel staff is not experienced Lot of homeless around the hotel

Room smelled of smoke. Sheets had cigarette hole burns in them.

No sheets on the bed when I checked in. A/C not working, no one committed to fixing it. Outside temperature was 90 degrees F. I would not stay here again.
