Shower didn't drain well. Lamps, carpets, everything looked dirty and run down. Garbage accumulating everywhere.

Arrived to a locked lobby where we were let in like a jail. Staff was rude. Room was dirty. The carpet was terrible stained and sticky. Water from tub took long to drain. No phone in room. No iron, no blow dryer. Cops were there at 2 am and dogs barking till am. Was on hold for 45 min. On personal cell to speak with office- no luck- all we were told told is to call manager on Monday this place and staff are horrible.

Front desk wasn't very friendly and helpful and the I was in a non-smoking room and a small room smell like somebody just smoked in there and I'll try property was very filthy trash everywhere

Very dirty and ghetto hotel! Worst hotel that i’ve been to. Bedding were not clean and flies inside the room. Once you get out of the room, people are smoking cigs and pots. Their staircase looks like a dumpster too.

Outside grounds (sidewalk & walls) were filthy. Room had broken with wires exposed smoke alarm and telephone. Requested a different room and placed in a smoking room when I had booked a non-smoking. Smell was nauseating with multiple cigarette burns on bathroom counter. Environment felt unsafe traveling with daughter having men make suggestive comments to us while walking to room. Left and checked into another motel at 11 PM. Will be requesting a refund.
