American Horror Story Horrible no frills. Front desk could care less about service.

The worst experience ever. No one here at the desk I waited 20 mind. No breakfast and cold service

I arrived at the Hotel and was informed it was overbooked. Expedia. Could only refund me and offer a property 22 mi away. I received no compensation at 12pm .I slept in my car. Because I had a 4am very important meeting.

Room was not cleaned when I entered as I could see yet to be replaced bed covers an trash left by previous guest. This was around 10 PM on a Friday night. The staff meanwhile tried to find a room for me using a hand written document which identifies which rooms were free!!! Finally I was given an alternate room. I was about to enter the new room provided and to my disbelief I could see stuff such as suit cases , bags, dresses on the bed. Very rude The office staff was rude and unprofessional My husband has health issues and asked to use the restroom and was denied.

Huge disappointment Front desk person at check in gave us a hard time. Wouldn't let Jon check in because it was my email. Then he sent us to one room, imagine the surprise of the folks in bed when we walked in. Went back to him and said it was already taken. He finds another room. This is not the room we reserved. Phone didn't work, WIFI does not work. No ice machine. People smoking outside our window in a no smoking section. We have always stayed at Extended Stay whenever it is available. No more

I arrived late at night which was how my travel plans were set up. When I got there the lady told me they did not have my reservation. When I showed her my confirmation her exact words were "that does not mean anything to me". She eventually got me a room but attitude was poor when about everything.
