Was very easy to check it. Staff was amazing. Needed a thicker comforter and MATRESS COVERS!

We stayed two nights while at the Thrive conference at Bayside Church. We've stayed here before - staff & other clients all very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & very functional

Hana, the check-in clerk was very helpful. I slept well as the bed was fresh and clean. It suited my purpose as I was looking for a place near to my destination and to get a good night’s rest. There was some smell of tobacco in the lobby and elevator area but ok once I got to my room.

TV didn't work. Fire alarm beeped all night. No shampoo or soap

The room we booked was not available- they sold all of them even though I had a reservation, so we were moved from 2 queen beds to a king and a couch. Not what I reserved, but the hotel attendant offered a discount for the inconvenience and I appreciated that. The duct tape on the couch was really low end. I realize this is a budget hotel, but this was pretty bad.

Waited about 20-30 minutes to check in since no one was at the front desk.
