Give Your Guests an Ashtray The hotel was clean, but since people still smoke cigarettes (not us) they should provide an ashtray for them. There were cigarette butts EVERYWHERE out front.

Outside property was average. Noisy area due to freeway. Minimal breakfast. Room very basic. No one at front desk. Appears people live in the hotel long term.

Good location Weird outdated kitchen cabinets in room. No utensils. Odd. No blankets on bed. Staff was helpful.

It was close to where we need to be for a weekend tournament .
Affordable place to stay. Bed is comfortable. Heat and water work well. Sheets soft and clean. Lots of pillows. Hot coffee and cocoa and oatmeal are comforting. Kitchen in the room. Some deferred maintenance noted on refrigerator and stove. Some trash and debris in hallway. Staff seem stressed. They were doing a good job but literally groaning and pulling their hair with frustration, over basic tasks during check in.
