We arrived late at night with a last minute booking and only stayed for the night. We had our two year old with us and the extra space in the rooms and kitchen area was very nice. Place was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.

Old room, not clean. It’s an older place. There were condensation or water damage in the bathroom. The bathroom handle looked broken didn’t close properly. Towels were cleaned but had stains. Overall area is nice, customer service was great but they have a problem with homelessness in the area.

Nice Stay Overnight I needed a place to stay overnight. I looked on Hotels.com and selected Extended Stay America. The experience was good.
The Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the room reeks of smoke.Major road right Nextdoor soooo super loud. The person at the front desk was very kind but when I asked for an extra blanket later I realize she’s the only one at the hotel and I have to go down to get the blanket:(

Room was clean but needs updating Room had a full kitchen but no cups or plates etc. would’ve been nice to have a couch but the tables and dresser was really old, and chipped. Room was clean but needs updating

After explaining to the lady at that front desk whom.complained about coming to to work that my husband left me his card to pay however they wouldnt. Ch arge it until.he got there after work. After 30 mins she came to our room and yelled at mt 20nyr old who is preparing for brain surgery. coming in
