Shower head was spraying water everywhere, no kitchen cups etc unless you asked

Meh..Wouldn’t stay here again We were in town for a soccer tournament so it was very appreciated that we were allowed early check in to drop items off since we have kids and a toddler. Hallways are clean and smell nice. Entered the room AC unit was great as the weekend forecast was a hot 102. Great location. Upon entering our room, we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned properly..there were hair shavings in the sink and shower. Very nice staff! The room was better than the one we stayed in on May 6th. Wood floors , new paint; nice bathroom and 2 NEW chairs for table and desk area. The lighting was good and it was very quiet. On the ceiling, the alarm was hanging loose and I forgot to tell the receptionist as we were leaving. Oh the bed was very hard! And no extra blankets:(

I did not expect much coming in and that helped. Disappointed they did not have ice machine, and when I checked out at 6AM, there was no one to give me a receipt. I assumed Hotels.com or Extended Stay to email one and have yet to receive one
