Comforts are great but need more service and staff

My major complaint was the wifi in the room, couldn't get it. I was on line for 20 minutes and gave up. And I didn't get all days I had to Expedia and so I had to pay full price for rooms for 2 more days, they wouldn't work with me. Had us over a barrell.

I have stayed here before and it was as I expected. I would suggest you start placing laundry bags in the rooms like most hotels do.

Didn’t like over booking where only smoking rest was left

Expedia service sucked. Had confirmed reservation then cancelled. Spent way to much time on this. Ended up dealing with hotel directly. They were not much better.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The floors in the room were dirty and slightly sticky, and the carpeted areas were stained and dirty. The bed was unfortunately very hard.
