I paid $125 for a room through Expedia. When I reached your location, a security guard was managing the desk and he could not pull up my reservation, I paid another $104 directly to your hotel. He assured me I would get my Expedia credit. That did not happen. Expedia has always worked well for me, this is the second time I've been double charged because a hotel does not know how to transfer my reservations from you directly to them. Outdated and dirty hotel. Took a 100$ deposit and never refunded me. Checked in on a 7 day stay and left because of the conditions of the property on the second stay. You get what you pay for.

Too much freeway noise, couldn’t sleep. Place seems ancient!

We were stuck at the lobby for 2 hours at the check in because the receptionist couldn’t figure out how to work the system. Enough said…

We booked a room with two beds. Unfortunately, they did not have a clean room available for us when we checked in at 7 PM. Instead, we were given a king size bed for three people to share. The floor, where our room was located smelled like fried food because somebody had cooked in one of the room kitchens. Overall, the hotel was dirty and I would not staying here again.

I asked for new towels and if I could just give the maid my old towels. The guy at the front desk gave me a garbage bag and told me to bring them all back to the front desk and he would give me new towels. I felt like I was in some kind of jail.

Not clean in the room. Housekeeping needs to step it up. The room also was not what I saw online. A lot of repairs were needed. The closet area had holes in the walls and just the bottom part of the closet was what was left. I think the top part might have fallen off of the wall? It was not what I saw online.
