Very old property. The front desk staff was very nice after needing his help to change rooms due to toilet problems.

Room smelled like smoke and was dirty..

The room was very old and tired. Peeling paint and damage. The air con smelt of urine when it was on and despite being a non smoking room the smell of cigarettes was strong and there were cigarette burns in various places. There were people literally camped in their car in the parking lot and it didn’t feel safe. Also the smell of cannabis drifting into my room regularly. Checking in hotel staff was extremely rude the hotel room was so gross there were pubic hairs on the door head hairs on the fan above the stove Blood on the lampshade the lamps by the bed had burnt out bulbs we request more but they never brought them to us and they didn't even tell us we can go get them when we asked they just said okay I would have checked out and went somewhere else but we were there for Aftershock so with them taking out the money for the room everything was so overpriced I didn't have anywhere else to s... read more

I was able to book a reservation but one I arrived I had issues with my key card not working. I tried to get the issue resolved twice only to be told that they no longer had rooms available. The front staff then only wanted to grant me a partial refund.
Spend a little more to get a better place.
