The bathroom was horribly filthy. There was a broken chair in the room and I sat on it to do some calls and the chair broke off. I hit my head on the wall. I called front desk and they came to remove the chair at my request. I took a picture of the broken chair. They didn’t even try to compensate or offer alternative of the sort. I used to stay at extended stay but after this experience, never again and I’ll be sure to let friends and family know of my experience.

Room was dirt with pet hair all over the room, floor was sticky and the whole room had a horrible smell

The price was good. The shower head pressure no good I took Hollywood showers. Watching TV was not comfortable it should be high on the wall instead of the cabinet.

The tub was so bumpy it hurt your skin. We had the wrong plug for the bathtub. They couldn't find the right one. The microwave was way too small and under powered. The picture on the TV was way too small the mattress cover was too big. It wrinkled up under you.

Will never stay at this hotel! I reserved & paid for my room, when I arrived they didn't have a room for me, stated that they didn't know about the reservation.

Not well maintained. Rooms smell, no cleaning service.

check in before 11pm or you won’t get your room I made a reservation, went to do a late check in the phone didn’t work, was let in to check in and the woman who helped me said I had to call and get my information faxed to her or else I couldn’t get my room that I already paid for...so I had to spend extra money to stay at another hotel. I came in the next Day to get a refund and was told the woman last night was just the laundry lady.....
