horrible got to the hotel and was informed at about 10pm that i didnt have a room for the night and needed to contact Expedia. sat on hold for 45 mins to be told every hotel was booked for the next 45 miles. trip was ruined .
This is a stripped down minimum hotel experience Linoleum on the floor, spray booth bath and shower, cheapest cabinets you can find, free working not working and no extra pillows even available when asked. The thermostat was non functional - our unit, an end unit was next to busy access road next to very busy gym and restaurant with vehicles passing right outside the window. The bathroom sink leaked all over the counter. The bathroom tub was not draining. Standing in 4" of water and the fauct did not work propetly.
The hotel was closed when we arrived. We had the wait 45min for the night person to come and when she got there she was very nasty. I did not stay the rest of the days

Big No No It was a raining night when my boyfriend and I checked in around 8:30 pm. We were greeted by Tyree and when we asked for spoons and forks, he prepared it for us. When we got into our room, we got comfortable and put everything away. After a long day of work, I just wanted to soak in a nice hot bath. Run down The hotel seemed run down compared to the last time I was there. Even saw a cockroach in the bathroom.
