Extended Stay America Vacaville The room was non-smoking but smelled like old cigarette smoke, nothing that could be covered up with sprays as it was in old dirty looking rug, and curtains, and maybe the walls. It was on my clothes, backpacks and other cloth items we brought for a wedding. There was a smell of harvested pot in the hallway and elevator on the morning we left, the night we arrived ( Sat. ) was what seemed to be a lady of the night coming and going in a taxi. They did keep quiet after 10pm. The parking lot was ... read more

The hotel is old and has a foul smell My experience was really bad , I had stayed at this hotel previously and knew it wasn't a 4 star hotel . However the cleanliness of this hotel was really bad , by far the worse I have ever experienced . There was a blood stain on the mattress which the staff knowingly disregarded . They attempted to hide it by placing a white cloth over the mattress , my husband felt a lump on the bed which is when we proceeded to remove the sheets as we felt something bunching up underneath us . To my s... read more

Not recommended When we arrived at the hotel, it took 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we were there. He was nice and helpful. When we went to our room there was a disgusting smell like sour food, this smell continued until we left the next morning. The walls are very thin, as we could hear one person coming in and out all night. The room itself was plain, tv small, window screens had holes in them.

Go somewhere else for now.. I have *never* been in a smoking room in a hotel that smelled that awful. Even after leaving the windows open for over 12 hours (thankfully, it was a warm night). Sadly, there wasn't another room available or this might've been a better review. The shower floor towel mat was wet and somewhat soiled (meaning it wasn't changed out from the last lodger...gross), there were cigarette stains around the edge of the sinks, burn marks in the carpet (scary!), housekeeping forgot to resupply the room with ... read more

Don't do it! You'll regret it Got in at 1am from 32 hours of traveling and not only could the women at the desk not be able to read her screen (seriously, didn't have glasses) but she saw my reso but said they had 8 rooms open but they were all dirty. Tried to call surrounding cities to no avail, remember still going on 32 hours traveled. She had no idea what to do and kept saying so aloud (called her manager and no answer)...I came up with the idea that the two ladies up front clean one of the rooms for tonight then we coul... read more

The bed looked really smaller than a full size bed and television was smaller than claimed. The hotel website claimed there would be a 32" television but when arrived it was smaller than that. Hotel website also claimed there was a continental breakfast but do not provide that except coffee, oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins for breakfast. The guest upstairs were noisy by walking really loud and moving furniture at 12:30am one night. The hood vent needs to be updated in rooms to have better ventilation than blowing it back ... read more
