Business trip Trouble with billing, towel rack fell off wall on head, sticky stuff on carpet in my room, complimentary breakfast not diabetic friendly. I have stayed here in the past, and chose to come back. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Room and hotel were so unkempt and dirty couldn't stay. Had to go to another hotel

Needs to change their bedsheets and blankets The bedsheets still have stains. WE were so hesitant to use the blankets because it has smell. It seems like it hasn't been changed. Toiletries are consist of 1 small soap bar and 1 small shampoo bottle. The room smells like nursing home like the smell of urine all over. we arrived at 2 am and we were very tired and just wanted to crash for the night so we didn't ask for a different room.

Very poor service. Staff was extremely rude. Will not be booking with extended stay again.

DONT STAY HERE INFESTED WITH BUGS infested with cockroaches checked out early with a refund due to HUGE COCKROACHES crawling around the kitchenette and bathroom way too over priced but hey atleast the bugs come free! For the 100$+ that they charge stay anywhere else even motel 6 is nicer

this place sucks They removed all kitchen dishes,pans,etc. The whole hotel smelled like an ash tray, and did I mention the place reeked of cigarrets.Will not be back and Sharon at the front desk is totally rude

The room was not clean. The lobby and elevator smelled of smoke. There were people standing in front of the hotel smoking at all hours.

Roaches in the Bathroom We had a late check in, it took me 20 minutes to get us checked in.There was nobody at the front desk. I rang the service bell several times and called their phone 2x to get someone's attention. My reservation was not printed out. I had to call the booking agency to fax it over. After a few hours of comfort I went to use the restroom and saw a roach. My husband killed it, I called down to the front desk and was told we couldn't be moved. Worst stay ever The hotel smelled, the lobby is the size of a bedroom, old paint, old carpet. The breakfast was literally on a 2 foot by 4 foot table and consisted of plastic wrapped small muffins and bad coffee. They gave us smoking rooms even though we requested non smoking. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom and the smell was horrible.
