Room was very dirty and looked like there were blood stains. I left immediately and never got a refund!!

Room was ok: but there were people smoking and drinking beer in the parking lot like some kind of street party. And rooms with like 6 to 8 people in them cooking etc.

We had to go to the front desk twice to change key cards because they did not work and the man at the front desk didn’t even say sorry. We had just drove almost seven hours to get here to Sacramento for a game. Very disappointed

No free wifi and the kitchen was completely empty.. Not even a glass or fork
Real busy from 2-5 am. Someone knocked on door at 3:30ish. Staff was nice but what else could you expect on low budget. Back parking lot full of those worshipping the Crystal Methodist. Looks like they had a meeting there/living in vehicles.
Very dated and unkept. Very disappointed in breakfast offerings. Was right next to freeway and very noise.
The hotel room was not cleaned well and smelt like smoke even though it was non smoking. There is also no breakfast, only coffee, tea and prepackaged muffins and a granola bar. Had to ask for shampoo as it was not in the room. Won’t be staying here again.
The staff were very friendly but the floor in are room was sticky, and the continental breakfast was more then disappointing. Will not be picking this place to stay again.
Extremely filthy floors The floors were so dirty!!! We had to go get cleaning supplies and clean certain areas. We showed the front desk and they kept the tag to show the head of housekeeping.
