The elevator broken the whole 10 days. I was on 3rd floor should been given discount.

I m non smoker and says non smoking facility but Smells strong smoke in the room. I needed to open the window all day.

The property is frequented by the homeless that use the stairwells and outside to sleep/do drugs/drink. The entire outside area is littered with drink cups and assorted trash. At night, the homeless congregate at some of the entrances. The elevator (single) does not work so you cart all your luggage up stairs. Numerous times during our stay, used and dirty underwear found in the stairwell. Place is just nasty.

IT SUCKED!! Immediately after paying our large bill we were giving our room on the 2nd floor. The guy at the desk informed us the elevator was broken so we would have to use the stairs, got to our room there was no shower curtain! Informed the front desk they said they will get me one 2 hrs later ended up taking shower without one leaving ALOT of water on the floor! Beer cans on the floor at the entrance, no signage, confusing check in, broken elevator, and the worse smelling room I’ve ever had. DO NOT stay here.

Black Mold in the showers the whole room smelled musty because of it. It smelled like smoke when it’s supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The elevator was broken almost all week.

Very dirty, they don't offer housekeeper services daily; even on the non smoke section smell like weed, the amenities you need to go to the loby and ask for them; the key card half of the time doesn't work, and the same for elevator. The only positive think I can say is the ladies at the front desk are very friendly and personalable, not the men staff

I will say, you get exactly what you pay for. Overall it was a good hotel if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. The hotel was understaffed, so I won’t complain a lot. However, as soon as I walked into the building it stunk of what I could assume were substances. My room was spacious, it looked just like the photos except it was very dirty.
