Horrible cigarette smell I would start by saying the staff was very nice and accommodating, my problem was with the hotel itself, not the employees. I did a late 8:30pm check in and was placed on the third floor. When I got in the elevator, it was very run down, vandalized, and there was a bit of (what looked to be) blood on the wall. The elevator shook violently when I got to my floor, and when the doors opened, I was greeted with a heavy cigarette smell. Didnt like the enviorment Hotel was older and more run down then it seems. People always hanging out/loitering outside. There possibly may be people living in this hotel. Although hotel seemed rather quiet inside of the hallways. Didnt hear much noise at night. Probably wouldnt stay here again, next time I would pay the extra and stay across the street.

Very unsafe in terms of people that stay there and that hang out around the building. No cameras and no action to keep it safe by staff. No pool. No house keeping on scheduled day but did get it cleaned on my 9th day.

upon arriving at the hotel 30 mins after booking online the hotel staff informed me that they could not check me in after they had asked for my name and to try back again in 45mins to an hour. i slept inside my car parked on the street

The bed is clean the shower is clean. I read a lot of reviews and I am so disappointing in the reality of what I have experienced. The furniture is very old, filthy dirty, brown its so dirty, holes, carpet is filthy, hallways dirty and dark. So far all night long I can hear people banging doors and talking. There is no hair dryer, no coffee maker, just basic things. The blanket is so think its like 2 sheets. I haven't slept at all. The staff was super nice! However our room smelled like mold and weed! The bed was uncomfortable. They need to do updates. Location was great!
