The room had blood on the walls and bed, pee marks on the bed. The walls were filthy and I had to ask for cleaners so I can wash the room myself so my kids didn't touch the walls. Homeless people living in the stairwell next to my room. Dogs running down hallways, cat litter smell coming out of other rooms. My room was a non smoking room but it smelled like I slept in a casino.

There was not even a water cup, no internet that worked, not enough chairs. No coffee. Breakfast was very minimal. We won't be back.

The hotel and rooms smelled like musty smoke

The room, bathroom, and grounds of the hotel were all very dirty. There were people eating fast food from a local business in the parking lot, and they threw their garbage out the car window and left. It was still there the next day. The entire property was so dirty and unsafe, we only stayed one night then moved to another hotel. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Truly disgusting. Drug activity and prostitution. Room was not clean.

Unhappy The stay was ok, ive stayed here before and just seems like it was nit as comforting as the previoud times. Louder and just not as clean.I was very disappointed and disgusted when my earbud fell to the ground and ended up under the bed.When i went to reach for it , there was a syringe under the bed. I called the front office and they apologized but the concern i had was i could have atuck myself with it. That made the rest of my stay feel dirty.

Was hoping for comfort, but... From the outside you would think it's decent. I've stayed at this brand in other cities. This time, I was sorely disappointed. As soon as I walked into the room, it smelled like it was sprayed with some deodorizer to cover up a musty, smoke smell. The carpets in the hallway and in the room look old and dirty.
