My sink was clogged up and I could not even wash my dishes I had to wash them in the tub

Not great for business travelers. The property was very dated and some of the staff, unprofessional although others were helpful. It was supposed to be a non smoking hotel but I was hit with waves of marijuana smoke on walking outside the front door. I didn’t feel it was for the business traveler at all. More for kids on a budget

Room smelled, appliances inside room made constan

I couldn’t stay the night. No power or heat for over 5 hours. Front desk took phone off hook for 2 hours not to respond to guest concerns. I was on the 3rd floor, 9 months pregnant with a dying phone. Extremely dangerous and poor customer service to ignore guests during what could’ve been emergency. I should be refunded or given a replacement reservation

The place is decent the only problem I had when we stayed at this location was that there’s was a power outage. The hotel did nothing to fix it. Overall it was decent.

Ugh Arrived at 9:45 pm, and the sign on the wall said late check-in was 11 pm. There was no one at the desk with a sign that said they would be right back, so we waited for about 10 minutes. A sign said to use a desk phone if we needed immediate service. I tried calling and it went to voice mail. There was a buzzer on the wall, so we tried buzzing. We arrived after midnight and were exhausted after an extremely long day of travel and could not check in as daily audit was being processed on hotel computer. Because we had prepaid the desk clerk allowed us to go to our room if we would come back to check in when audit was completed. Several minutes later when we were settled in our room the call came and my husband went to the front desk to complete the check in process.
