With Spring in the air, we now have the opportunity to bring out the power washer and clean up the whole hotel both inside and out.
I found out from a tenant that several deaths had occured on this property over the last ten days. I found out that there have been several residents and employees have had or have COVID. I wish that I had been informed of that before I paid. Also, the floors are dirty. In front of the refrigerator was a very sticky spot about the size of a 12" circle.
