The kitchen and bathroom were clean, but the carpets were stained. The mattress and pillows were below average. The description listed "free breakfast" and "coffee pots in room". In actuality, you had to request the coffee pot from housekeeping, and the breakfast was just muffins. So if you're short on funds keep the cost of buying breakfast in mind. Reasonable comfort, but not for an extended stay Pros: Reasonable, clean, fridge, microwave, TV, HVAC, everything worked! Free grab and go breakfast! Cons: Bare bones amenities, you get a bar of soap, no shampoo, etc. The dark carpet was not comfortable when bare foot.

Dirty Towels and Garbage should be taken out by the guest, the cleaners are just going to point you to the trashbins.
