Hope your expectations are low The pictures made it look a lot nicer than it was- it smelled like heavy smoke in the lobby, and faint smoke in the room. The door handle in the bathroom had sticky "stuff" on it- ick. Shady characters all around this place made me super uncomfortable.
bad experience Booked a room on Expedia. At check in (after a 10 minute wait for clerk to return with her very large soda pop) I was turned away because I had a pet. It was late and clerk could have cared less. No rooms available anywhere. Drove another 2 hours before finding a place to stay. Bad deal

Don't stay here! Walls are so thin you can hear the man snoring and sneezing in the next room. You have to unclog your own toilet! Dishes are offered but no one was at desk to pick them up. Halls, elevator, etc., was dirty. Continental breakfast was a joke--granola bars and coffee. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Allyou get when you stay here is a cheap room that's it! no coffee pot in the room, water didn't drain out of the sink, the drain plug for the bathtub was broken and laying in the tub and there wasn't a piece of paper or a pen in the room! (What a joke) even though they have a kitchen there's nothing in it, no plates no silverware no nothing, refrigerator was noisy!!!! Booooo

Horrible The room smelled terrible. Stains on the pillows. No plastic cups, no plastic plate holder in mirowave, ice tray was filthy.

First room smelled like urin. Second room the heat didn't work. Finally as my patience was running out I got a room that was at least in working order. Never again.

Horrible customer service! The customer service was an all time LOW! Just HORRIBLE, the check-in receptionist was very rude & demeaning. He treated me as if I was wasting his time.. It made me very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again.
