BED BUGS! The hotel itself was initially acceptable for the price. The wifi was not great and the advertised "Queen" size bed, was clearly only a "Full" size bed, which made it particularly difficult for even two skinny people to sleep. We were also awoken at 4am by the "choice" clientele staying at the hotel screaming and slamming doors. All of the above can be overlooked, but we stay at hundreds of hotels as we are constantly on the road and this is the first time my wife and I have encountered BED BUGS. Rude and closed off My friends and I arrived around midnight to check in. The attendant did not open up the curtain separating the desk from the lobby which I found rude and uninviting. She seemed nervous and unclear in her instructions. Would not stay at one of these hotels ever again.

It was a okay stay. Not the greatest but for the availablity it was fine.

Lousy WiFi Lousy WiFi, unless you pay a lot extra! But they don't tell you that until you connect to the WiFi. But they advertise that they have free WiFi!

Nothing to offer Besides being in a great location for shopping and dining, that is all this hotel offers. The breakfast is a joke. There is no gym. There is no business center. You have to ask for the supplies for the kitchen. The towels are scratchy. The walls are thin. My room had a strange odor and the carpet was damp the whole week. I didn't mind that there wasn't any daily housekeeping but for some it could be a problem. Stayed here as a last resort and that's what it will be if I have to stay here again.

Despite the price, it should be clean!!! It was a one night stay in between corporate housing availability, Your staff was very courteous but the room was not clean, hair on the bedding and around the toilet, tub stopper was unattached.. but I was able to use it.. bedding seemed stiff and unclean.. price was right though.. so I guess you get what you pay for.

Priced about $10 too high. No frills budget hotel. It was ok for the moSt part but walls and window are paper thin. Easily hear a normal conversation or kids next door or outside from three floors up

Terrible Service that was't my 1st time at Utah , before i used to stay with other hotels and this time i decide to choose something else . That was my big mistake . Coffee on the morning taste like coffee from "3 days a go" , no brakefast , no swimming pool , no hot tub , I think , lady at Front Desk working for free .... no room service , good think about hotel .... only location but i know is many diferend hotels in that location so , next time i will choose one of my other places to stay even they are little more farter ... read more
