Awful property. Terrible front desk staff. I had no hot water for almost 2 weeks. Talked to the front desk and they passed me into corporate. Called corporate 3 different times with no response back. Manager & district manager did not call me back (suppose to in 48 hours). Had to pay to get clean sheets. Kitchen was completely empty. Laundry was broken. Washer took $12 to wash 1 load. Dryer never dried the clothes after 2 cycles.
Parking was awful. exterior of building poorly kept. Trash was a plenty. Only door available for use was the front door. After 10 pm, the only was in was to alert the staff to let you in. I checked out of the motel 6 days early and moved to a different motel. I will not stay here again.
Room wasnt clean, entire floor smelled like smoke. The entire hotel was dirty.
Scary
Showed up to check in and unfortunately there was no one there. Had to find a different place to stay.
No tp!!! There was no toilet paper in my room and the lady at the front desk was kind of ornery

I had checked in my room and dropped of my belongings. When i returned my key didn't work.

Property was clean. Decent hotel but had a uncomfortable scary situation that did not allowed me to sleep the alarm clock keept on going off even after i disconnected it and my blankets were pulled away from me at least 3x, i could hear a heavy breathing in several occations.I checked in after 11p.m and checked out by 6.not sure if something happened to someone in that room but the vives were heavy
