Smells like wet dogs and weed I rented 2 rooms. Both rooms weren't ready when it was time to check in. We had to wait untill later that night. Once we finally were able to get to our rooms, both bathrooms had not been cleaned!!. One bathroom had used soap left in the shower and the other was just wiped, but not clean!! Location was fine. Close to shopping and numerous restaurants. I think the health inspector would shut the hotel doors. Brown toilet stains, dirty drawers, a desk chair covered in I don't know what! 4 washcloths, no hand towels, one nightstand light and no hangers what so ever. We were desperate for a place to rest being that it was so late. No refunds because of the time had expired. Trust me when I say "The photos on line are certainly not the hotel we stayed at"! So disappointed and upset.

Terrible It was filthy. I had to go buy some cleaning products and clean the kitchen counters down, sanitize everything. The floors were filthy. It was just disgusting.

My daughter experienced multiple bug bites in her bed. It seems like there were bed bugs in the room. We had to come home and wash our our clothes and bag them up. They must have not washed the bedding properly or spray for bed bugs.

complete rip off I went to check in and the hotel would not accept my credit card and they canceled my stay because I didn't have any other way to pay for the deposit. I got a hold of hotels.com they couldn't get a hold of the hotel and so $91 was taken out of my account. hotels.com doesn't stand up for their customers. I won't be using it again.

The staff was not welcoming and was demanding when checking in. Throughout the one night stay, there was an unattended baby crying, multiple dogs barking and, at one point, even a duck loudly quacking while being carried down the hallway. Other guests were loud and inconsiderate as they were yelling and arguing loudly with each other, many of them residents of the hotel.
