One of the very few hotels that I’ve been to that doesn’t have a parking area for check-in. They asked for my license plate. I told her I would give it to her when I return that evening. The front desk was closed before 10 PM and was not open at nine when I left. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms. The refrigerator was old and very noisy. I’m not quite sure how an obese person gets in and out of that bathroom. it’s so cramped.

Save your money!! Go somewhere else. Check in was terrible! Room wasn’t ready at 10:30 pm even though I called earlier in the day to say we would be checking in late. We did not feel safe and was very disappointed our room wasn’t ready. Tried to cancel but got the run around. Nobody could give me a refund even though we never stayed there. We went to another hotel and stayed that night. I will never recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. It was the worst experience ever!!!

If you are a homeless person, this place is perfect for you. If you are not a homeless person, do not stay at this hotel. The room is dirty, the hallways are noisy, people live there and it is impossible to have a peaceful night's sleep. I almost forgot about the dogs barking all night long. I was going to stay for 5 nights and I preferred to look for another hotel and unfortunately I lost the money for my reservation.

Not worth the money to stay here. We checked in late and the counter staff was very nice and helpful. When we arrived to the room I need to use the bathroom. I entered and found that the toilet was not clean and had poop stains in the toilet, along with pee dribble on the seat. The bathroom mirror had dried spots all over it. All else apeared ok. Would not recommend Staff was friendly, however, room was not cleaned properly. No pillow cases on the pillows, room had a horrible odor. Lot of traffic on the 2nd floor. Children running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Last straw was when someone was trying to open our door. My family and I left one day early and checked into another hotel. Clientele/residents were sketchy.

It was crack head central walked in and instantly canceled the reservation, do not recommend, I was told by the front desk I’d be refunded
