the bedding was dirty upon entry & the rolling chair in the room was dirty/poor condition, bathroom had a wet toilet paper ball stuck on wall under sink. A/C worked well, staff was polite & professional & called 2 ask how the room was which was nice sadly i wasnt able to say it was good but the price was low and perhaps reflected that. needs a remodel 4 sure
We had to switch rooms. The first room smelled like wet dog and the stopper had been pushed down in the bathroom sink making it unusable. Thanks to Shauna for getting us into another room. The second room was much better.
They were doing construction in our room while we were sleeping.

I would not bring my friends or family here. Very low budget hotel. Riff raff getting drunk outside, when I arrived. Room was depressing: furniture badly scuffed up, the vanity had a huge crack in it, and various nicks and dings everywhere. The a/c was super loud. I couldn't leave fast enough. The front staff was friendly, room was cleaned, although tired. It is next door to Maverik center, which would be convenient if you're going to an event there, but I would look at other options first.

Hotel was dirty starting from the lobby. Looks like it had not been swept or vacuumed in the lobby and hallway. Room was semi-clean but the fridge was so loud it was hard to hear the tv and harder to sleep. Not worth the price.

We were excited when we checked in that all bedframes, mattresses and TVs (50") on our floor were being replaced. When we got to our room, our excitement dissipated, because even though the room was spacious and included a full size refrigerator and two-burner cooktop, the room had the lingering smell of pet urine and there were spots showing a history of spilled beverages/fluids which had unsuccessful attempts at cleaning.
