I was charged a smoking fee two days after i had out. There was no manager to answer my call to explain I do not smoke. The floors were also very dirty making the soles of my feet black .

Staff was lazy the motel stunk like urine and marijuana they put me in a room that was under construction had to go back and get a different room and the new room didn’t have a shower curtain and the bed was hard the breakfast wasn’t there like advertised no sugar for the coffee no conditioner with the shampoo overall bad experience I will try not to stay there again

My room was not ready even at 5pm had to wait another hour and it felt like a smoking hotel it stunk and room was not clean

Yes but the Rome smelt like cigarettes
The first room I got was dirty and not ready. The property was also very dingy and dirty.

Property in renovation construction. Booked a king bed room, room key given was a room currently under construction. A new room was offered, with a smaller bed. Construction staff were on site and partying late into the night. Room was very dirty overall and we were considering sleeping in our truck. My wife and I slept on top of the bed, and did not use the shower. We left promptly the following morning. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is in the top three of properties that I will never return to or recommend.

The “manager April” will not even attempt to help you if you’re not a male. And the way she lets stuff just go is beyond me. The floor was so sticky, there was a room just full of garbage, you could literally take your room trash and go dump it on a trash pile in a janitor closet. This place actually scared me. I was terrified to be alone here, loading and unloading.
