Carpet is so dirty and smell is horrible.

The bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The smell was unpleasant

Homeless dirty hotel worst stay ever Dirtiest hotel ever. Stank elevator. Dirty bed linens looks soiled and full of short curly hairs disgusting. Bathroom was dirty sink and shower full of hairs so gross. This is a hotel for homeless people living there. Also the free breakfast is a to go breakfast only offering cofee and a gronola bar. Not worth your money at all. Do not book tjis dirty stinky homeless filled hotel.

Ick Kinda gross. Actually had bugs in the room. If i would have been there for any more time than i was, i would not have stayed.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in First time I’ve ever had to leave a hotel.

Caution! Hotels.com said the facility had a hot tub and a pool. It did not! There never has been, it wasnt just out of service. We were also told it would have a free breakfast. It didnt. Just coffee. There was no ice, they didnt check the room daily unless you paid a fee. It appeared it was the place for all the transient people to hangout. Which, no shade they need a place to go, but with them came giant dog poo piles and a massive amount of cigarette butts. The guy at the front desk was nice. That was the only nice thing about the hotel. Sheets were stained, cigarette butts all over the parking lot, second floor reeked of marijuana. Just an overall “ick” feeling.

Took way too long to check in, questionable ppl hanging around parking lot and the tiny lobby. Clerk was friendly and kind but frankly not “operating at full capacity “. Will NOT be returning to ESA!! Totally outdated facilities.
