The room was was very dirty and the bathroom was even worse. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time and it didn't smell good either. This was not a good experience.

Very uncomfortable and super old and dirty Just out dated super out dated smelly and very dirty the condition of the room we stayed in 313 was disgusting and very uncomfortable the pictures of the hotel were very deceiving could use a remodel definitely won’t ever stay there again

Room smells badly like cigarette even though its a non-smoking room. Staff are very nice and polite. Room was clean but the facility was dirty.

Slow customer service 1. Took forever for worker to come to the counter. 2) I was given a room that had not been cleaned -- it was a mess and the bedsheets were strewn everywhere.

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. After receiving another one we found it had a slight smoke odor. This was a non smoking location. There were cats and dogs staying in rooms. I would not stay or recommend this location.

The room smelled horrible and everything looked very old, everything looked dirty. I don't recommend it

The property was dirty and grimy in the rooms with stains on the floor, lamp shade, sinks, and inside the toilet. The room also lacked bath towels and other basic amenities such as toilet paper. Furthermore, some of the staff were not super friendly and overall felt unhappy to be there. The only redeeming qualities of this property are that they let you bring your pets and they have a little kitchen area. Overall I felt the room was disappointing for the price.

Gross The hotel was just dingy and filled with dog hair in the hall ways. Seems that it hasn’t been vacuumed or carpets cleaned for awhile and the walls are gross. The rooms door was really hard to open and shut. Same dingy walls and carpet. The blankets are thin and uncomfortable to sleep and there were only two very small thin pillows on a queen size bed. I was really nervous about getting bed bud bugs.
