Check in Guy was great and nice. Place was easy to find.
Our room was not teady at check-in. Our plans for the day had to be completely rearranged. The room was not ready until after 6 PM. The walls in the shower wete dirty with makeup and hair. I took it upon myself to clean knowing the hotel was obviously overwhelmed. Cleaning crew was rude and rushed us as we eere preparing to leave. Management was polite when we complained after cleaning crew was rude. Good location. High occupancy. Property has been remodeled in past several years. Units are very comfortable. The hotel maintains high occupancy by business travelers. Although the room was clean, the stairwells, walkways, and drives are not well-kept (dirt, stains, trash, beer cans, bottle tops, etc.)
