Needs Improvement First, the room smelled bad. Second, found two large roaches dead on the floor. Third, construction being done on the room nearby. Nice room layout but I didn't enjoy staying there and don't plan on returning.

Not so bueno I was in building 3 and twice the room key wouldn’t open door. Finally requested another room. Room smelled like Mary Jane, bed was wore out and sunk to floor and no shower knob to take bath or shower.

First room they had me in was still dirty when entering. Went back to front desk requesting a different room. Second one seemed clean till pulled down the sheets and saw long dark hair all ober. Then, the tub looked filthy!

The microwave banged all night long. Our service dog was growling at something and it was a wade of hair in the bathroom behind the trash can. Of hair nasty. Then the morning we got up atarted packing up. My husband found a womans driver licence under the bed. So how is this even poasible if your cleaning your rooms I have pictures. I also gave the lady t the front desk the womans license.

The staff was friendly. Got locked out of my room. Turns out the batteries for the lock were bad. The mattress should have been thrown out long ago! Had to balance right in the middle to not roll off in either direction. It was dirty, or in need of fixing. Specially the tub/shower. No pots, pans, or utensils. Never again…. Extended Stay/San Antonio For the price it was clean. At this hotel it mentions breakfast which should actually be called a coffee bar. I was told I could come and get coffee at 9:30, so I went. After getting it went back to my room and had to go back to the customer service desk, however at that time they were breaking the bar down to put everything a way.
