The microwave banged all night long. Our service dog was growling at something and it was a wade of hair in the bathroom behind the trash can. Of hair nasty. Then the morning we got up atarted packing up. My husband found a womans driver licence under the bed. So how is this even poasible if your cleaning your rooms I have pictures. I also gave the lady t the front desk the womans license.

The staff was friendly. Got locked out of my room. Turns out the batteries for the lock were bad. The mattress should have been thrown out long ago! Had to balance right in the middle to not roll off in either direction. It was dirty, or in need of fixing. Specially the tub/shower. No pots, pans, or utensils. Never again…. Extended Stay/San Antonio For the price it was clean. At this hotel it mentions breakfast which should actually be called a coffee bar. I was told I could come and get coffee at 9:30, so I went. After getting it went back to my room and had to go back to the customer service desk, however at that time they were breaking the bar down to put everything a way. My allergies were immediately activated when I walked in the room. The room was musty and smelled of mold and mildew. Had to leave early because woke up to roaches crawling on me in the bed. Bedding and towels were dirty and stained.

The room was absolutely filthy. I spent my first day here scrubbing up probably years of grime it was so bad. The stove looked like no one had ever removed the burners to clean. The furniture had a thick layer of gunk on it. And there was a pair of old socks left in one of the cabinets.

This place was horrible. I took photos of bugs every night of my stay. When I checked out the front desk person seemed very indifferent to my concern of the bugs. I emailed the general manager and assistant general manager and I received no response.
