The room looked so dirty I bought cleaning stuff to clean the whole room. The white bed sheets had a red stain on them. During my one day and two night stay we found 4 roaches inside the room. The room also smelled like smoke although it was a nonsmoking room.

The day that we checked in, we were told that the water was going to be shut off the next morning from 9 am to 5 p.m. And we were asked if we still wanted to check in. Since we arrived around 8 p.m., we decided to stay. I was upset because we never received a notification via email or via phone to let us know what was happening. Front desk service nice. Room dirty scratches on walls and smelled like cigarettes. Stovetop rusty, bathroom dirty and smelled like sewer. Cigarettes buts on hallway.

It was a loud area by the highway and the comforter was dirty! There was hair and other things on it!

My safety is NUMBER 1 Place was decent, period. Main problem I had with this facility is the fact that when my wife and I returned from our day out the front door was open to our room. I reported this to the front desk, which was met with "I'm sorry that happened" what else could really be said? Luckily we had taken all of our valuables with us, the fact they entered when not supposed to, per their contract, only cleaned after leaving, maybe it was maintenance, not sure, fact is our room was not secure.
