At first the room looked presentable, but after a quick wipe down in the bathroom it was not very clean especially the toilet. Then the next day when I went to take a shower the temperature was boiling hot. The front desk sent someone to check it out and gave us another room above us. Again I did a quick wipe down and it was not very clean the bathroom. And lastly we didn't feel very safe because the door had a switch lock and a top lock but if you turned the door knob it would unlock and the top lock would pop open as well.

The facility does not have an ice despenser. The water tasted rancid. The pool was gross. The staff did not stop a loud family from running and screamming up and down the hallway at 7 AM on Sunday morning. The access doors from outside did not work with the key card. I have a broken leg and parked close to my room. That access door lock lockinng system did not work. I went to the pool and tried toaccess the building from there and the key card did not work. The room was nicer than i thought walking through the hallway. Bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. Why i wont give 5 stars is wifi isn't good quality unless you pay for it. I dont want to pay more for something that usually is complimentary with other places. I would stay again if needed.
