Thankful we only booked one night.... The front desk staff was very friendly and understanding,however, when we opened the sleeper sofa to get it ready for my nephew to go to sleep, we found a dead roach lying on the blanket. There was also an old food smell in the room and the towel rack was coming out of the wall in the bathroom.

Bad hotel There were many roaches in the kitchen! The cleanliness of the floor is doubtful. We asked for ustensiles for cooking but there were no pans anymore so not possible to use the kitchen! We spent only one night and we'll not come back.

Faults accusation.can I have back my $120? the day time Hotel staff was rude. The night staff was great. I have a problem because I was there for three nights the next day I decided to extend my stay for two more nights on the fortnite when I decide to extend my stay for two more nights that's what I meant the daytime staff where the counter lady. Our stay was terrible. The staff did try to compensate but we had to be moved three times due to roaches. I found a roach crawling on my sons face in his sleep. Disgusting! And when we started to check around the room, we found a dope pipe hidden on the cabinets. Thankfully the staff was very apologetic and did help us the best they could but this is unacceptable.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating; however, the ceilings have mold growing on them and we didn't realize it until the second night of our stay. My husband has asthma which was set off by the mold which was quite unpleasant.

Horrible nightmare It was just a nightmare with cockroaches and bugs. The room that was put it was pretty stinky.

Roaches Room and building was nice but at night all the roaches came out. Even on bed, got very little sleep because of that
