It was just like the pictures
At my stay I recently stayed at your property and overall found it to be a pleasant experience. However, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen was missing many essential cooking utensils and basic dining items such as plates, cups, and cutlery. When I reached out to the front desk, only a limited number of items were provided — specifically, two plates, two bowls, two mugs, one cup, one knife, one plastic fork, one pan, and one pot — which was inadequate for a reservation intended for four guests. Everything was fine, had a bit of a hiccup at the check-in because the internet was down, the room was comfortable, the area is close to a shopping center.
