Everything was fine, had a bit of a hiccup at the check-in because the internet was down, the room was comfortable, the area is close to a shopping center.

Great customer service
The room we got had 2 beds. Oddly the one that I found extremely comfortable, my companion did not like and vice versa. Which worked out great for both of us. I slept better than I think I ever have at a hotel because the bed was so comfortable to me. The full size (although smallish full size) refrigerator was fantastic. And the cooktop worked great. Very much a 2 star hotel with added kitchen. Stained counter in bathroom, only partially repaired damage to bathroom wall, unknown substance smeared on mirror. Hair between the towels. No toiletries in bathroom other than soap. Sign said to ask for shampoo at the front desk, but they were out.
