Poor service! The hotel was adequate yet convenient to the purpose of my trip. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful which really made my overall experience the worst I’ve had in many, many years.

Not good My car didn’t get stolen. Best thing I can say. Last 2 days no hot water. Really not good. Really.

Checked in and checked out in 30 minutes Let me say that the manager at the desk was awesome and very helpful, I can't say enough about her but the hotel itself was dirty and had a smell that I just couldn't get past. The second I walked through the door it hit me. While checking in I asked about the security of the wifi and she informed me that anyone can login. The hotel was old and the rooms look like they weren’t remodeled since the 80’s old and chip counters and kitchen was all yellow instead of white like it’s suppose to be

Don't do it!!! The room was dusty/dirty. Homeless people were in the parking lot, too close to my room window. Refrigerator and microwave was not clean. I needed to ask the desk to have the shower head clean. It was gross. No silverware or glasses in the room. I saw a client come to the front desk to get a toaster. Homemade curtains for the window and closet curtains. White plastic hangers (99Cent store). Front desk closes at 11pm so you are on your own. ...and that's what you are on when you stay here. ...at your own risk!!... read more

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We checked in about 9pm after working and driving all day. The room smelled strongly of cat urine. I went down to the desk and asked if we could switch rooms if we wanted to and they said they were fully booked, so no. They offered me air freshener. I declined, flowery smelling cat pee, is equally gross. My daughter had to get up a 4 am, so we just opened a window and went to sleep. last minute getaway Upon checking into room I noticed that room Wasnt as nice as I expected it to be. Bathroom door had stains lower corner (Pet urine?), corner by fridge spotted. I cleaned up. shower/tub had 2 pubic hairs on shower curtain, piece tissue in toilet . When I flushed the toilet it was plugged up. (I went downstairs to front desk and got the plunger and unclogged the toilet myself. I notified gal at desk about the tissue in toilet. Apparently, housekeeping not doing their job).
