The room had ants in the shower. The room had an odor did not smell clean.

There were no cups in the bathroom. It was too much trouble to go down and ask for them.

Need clean new towels Room is good size. Location quiet and easy access. The bathroom towel shelf was broken and the screw almost came out of the wall. Towels are too worn and color has turned grayish. Obviously aren’t sanitized for normal use. Good thing we brought our own towels to use.

Adequate, but needs improving In an area of semi-commercial properties, there are few amenities (restaurants, etc.) close by. The breakfast wasn't worth stopping for (even if it was free) - I'd rather pay more and have a better selection and somewhere to sit. The WiFi was spotty. I paid for Premium service but it still dropped the connection a couple of times when downloading a big file. Overall I was disappointed, but I slept comfortably and it was affordable in an area where most hotels are 1.5 to 2 times the prices

Only great for 4 days or less in my opinion First of all when I came in the first day, the room looked clean and organized. I said to myself "so far so good." Then when I went to the bathroom, I saw hairs on the bathtub and sink. I also saw hairs on the kitchen sink. If you don't mind this, then go ahead and stay there. On top of that I gave the guy at the front desk the heads up that I needed 2 extra hours to check out in order to move my stuff to my car because I needed to move that stuff to my new apartment.
