Not Recommended for Business Travelers! Room was clean but had no bathroom amenities (shampoo/condition) just a very small piece of soap near sink. Hotel appeared to be temp housing for local correction facility since there were police officers in front of hotel several mornings. Bed Bugs!!! I was supposed to stay for 5 nights, but ended up only staying one night. When I went into my room the second night, I found a bed bug on my pillow!!!! So, I called the hotel, they showed me several rooms (all had hairs on the bed). So, I told them I would be packing up to leave once I found a replacement hotel. Once I found the hotel, I called them to see if they could check me out and to bring me extra plastic bags for my clothes. The hotel manager never showed up, so I left. I travel a lot for business and had wanted to try the Extended America chains. While the tv ads look inviting for the business traveler my experience was quite different and very unpleasant.

Bad experience Ill equipped staff and poorly cleaned and stocked room. Last time I will stay at this chain.

Horrible Service, Stay any where else. The rooms felt dirty, the hotel staff was completely unhelpful. There were no towels or toiletries in the room, and front desk people refused to correct problems or even send cleaning service to the room for towels or cleanliness issues. Bed linens weren't changed for the duration of our stay and I was worried about bedbugs every night.

Leaking, Collapsing Ceiling - Staff No Help I usually only stay in places like this when I know I am going to be in town for a week or more to keep costs down, but with the deal being offered for a single night I had to take advantage. It was particularly rainy that night, and around 3AM the ceiling in my room near the foot of my bed started dripping. Hard to find. AC didn't work when we checked in on Saturday and they had no maintenance person until Monday. The staff acted like that was no big deal and seemed just totally unconcerned. You can get no extras here. There is no ice machine, only two small ice trays in your refrigerator. We had our young son with us for two nights. He had to sleep with us in what they call a queen bed that seemed like only a full because they have no rollaway beds. I will not stay here again I asked for a wake up call, I never received one and when I asked why I did not receive a wake-up call there was no explanantion. Bathroom was not properly cleaned and bathroom sink was slow drainning. No shampoo in the bathroom. Front desk receptionist was confused and incompetent at the time of arrival. I was given a room by laundry room (a noisy location) eventhough I had asked for a quiet location.
