ants in bathroom Could be a fluke, but I've never had that experience before and I travel a lot so having a parade of ants on the bathroom floor and counter is a huge strike against this hotel.

business trip This motel is really barebones.the room was dismal and the take and go breakfast was unbelievably bad.

Low recommendation. Took more than 1/2 hr just waiting for someone to show up at the front desk so we can check in. When given our room we found that the bed wasn't made up, the toilet has been used and was not flushed as if someone had just used the room before we got there. Paid more than what I expected for the room. Which wasn't really worth it.

Location is good Sheets were dirty, checked out early in the morning and no attendant was present despite multiple calls to the phone number guests should call to get a hold of someone. Location was good.

looks great from outside but not so much inside Person at the front desk wasn't friendly. Interior is old, bed is not compatible and the bathtub was clogged.

filthy hotel filthy hallways and room nasty also....floor sticky in kitchen and bath.....much needed cleaning.....

Extended stay? I'll stay away! Where do I start? We needed a pet-friendly hotel near SFO. This was listed as having 2 queen beds - perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter. The beds turned out to be double beds, not queen, but I didn't realize it until we were ready to turn in for the night and I didn't want to switch rooms at that time. Strike one. bruyant, mauvaise odeur, receptioniste désagréable Le réceptionniste etait impoli (pas de bonjour ni de svp pour me demander mes documents ni ma carte de crédit). arrivés dans la chambre le lit des enfants (un canapé convertible en fait!) n'etait pas fait, ni draps ni couvertures dispo.
